Terms of Use
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Huxle app. By using Huxle, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
The service
Huxle is a game in which you and a crew hunt for a daily color, take photos of what you find, and fill a shared grid together. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Huxle. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and content you create. By posting content to a crew, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and share it within the app so the feature can work (for example, showing your find to your crew and in your round's recap). You are responsible for the content you capture and share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
Acceptable use
Please don't use Huxle to:
- post unlawful, harmful, hateful, or infringing content;
- photograph people without their consent, or capture private or sensitive material;
- harass other players or misuse crews and invites;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
We may remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Huxle app, its name, and its design are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimers
Huxle is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Huxle at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
